Driver Qualifications

To join our team, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid CDL license
• Have at least two years of driving experience
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Pass a drug screening

We cover the following states, with no routes on the east or west coasts:

• ND, MT, SD, WY, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, WI, IA, MO, IL, IN, KY, OH, & MI
• Average haul length: 1,000 miles
• Solo fleet averages 12,000 miles per month

Pay Schedule

Your pay will vary based on experience and is calculated by the mile. Drivers are paid every two weeks, ensuring you’re rewarded promptly for your hard work.
