P&B Transportation, through its brokerage R.L.C. Express, contracts with an experienced, dedicated team of professional owner-operators. No in-house benefits are provided to owner-operators.

Pay Schedule for Owner-Operators

Percent-based compensation package

• 88% of line-haul revenue
• 100% of all accessorial charges
• Aggressive fuel surcharge payment program with 100% pass thru to truck.
• Weekly Settlements
• Payment by the load

Owner Operator Commitment

• 2,500 miles/week
• 10,000 miles/month
• 120,000 miles/year

Owner-operator requirements

• Your own tractor
• Pass DOT safety inspection at time of contracting
• Proof of authority (ICC)
• Proof of payment of federal highway tax
• Federal ID Number and/or Social Security Number
• Proof of insurance
